I like to think I am known for fast and helpfull service, but it is not an easy thing to do. Somtimes people seem to do their best to provide me with little or no information.
Below we have someone who thus far has taken two days to tell me that someone somewhere needs a re-delivery.
Consider this a plea - "Please provide all the information that I will need to help you in your first IM. Please follow any instructions you are given, especialy if a vending machine tells you to forward your proof of payment. And finaly please read the notecard documentation so that I dont have to re-type it's content to you in an IM. Remember there are a lot more of you than there is of me, so try to make it easy for me to help you."
